          literally turned the old business consulting model into a far more powerful,
          profitable and more affordable way for small business owners to get the help
          they need to grow their business.  Entrepreneur Magazine has also rated us for
          two years running one of the Top 20 Home Based Franchise Businesses, giving
          business professionals and executives a great choice when it comes to a white
          collar business opportunity.  The obstacles we have overcome is successfully
          running a business while suffering from "growing pains".

          Brad Sugars is the president of ActionCOACH.  He has a Bachelor of Science in
          Accounting degree.  He is the author of 15 books, four of them are best
          sellers.  It all started when a best selling author Robert Kiyosaki asked Brad
          to conduct training sessions at his Business School for Entrepreneurs in
          Hawaii.  That was July 1994, and 350 business owners from around the world,
          eleven trainers (mostly in their 40’s and 50’s) were there to learn from Brad
          Sugars, who was in his twenties. Brad then proceeded to present literally
          hundreds of seminars all over Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the United
          States. In just twelve short years Brad was able to grow the business at such a
          pace that it now operates out of offices in Australia, New Zealand, USA,
          England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Malaysia, Singapore, China, The Phillipines,
          Thailand, Canada and Mexico. Our Global Head Office is now in Las Vegas,
          Nevada.
